The first 10 to sign up will start their CrossFit journey together in 5 group prep sessions. This will be a fun and safe environment to learn for those new to CrossFit! This group will meet for 5 sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 PM:

Upon completion of this group prep course each new member will start unlimited group classes for 1 month! During this month new members can attend any class (class schedule).
