WHAT

Age Well Move Well is about helping adults 55+ in the Middletown area live longer, stronger, and more confidently by maintaining the ability to move freely and enjoy life fully. It blends functional movement, strength training, and balance work in a supportive group setting that emphasizes quality of movement, connection, and independence.


WHEN

Program starts December 2nd and runs for 8 weeks.

Fitness Classes meet every Tuesday & Thursday from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

Also Included: Yoga every Wednesday at 10:15 AM.


WHY

Participants will build functional strength, improve balance, and rediscover confidence in daily movement — from getting up off the floor to keeping up with the grandkids.

Ideal participants are those who are generally healthy, independent, and motivated to improve their functional fitness, but we welcome all fitness levels and will modify exercises as needed.

Classes are intentionally small to ensure personalized attention and guidance from our expert coaches, creating a safe, supportive environment where you can move with confidence, challenge yourself at your own pace, and make meaningful progress toward staying active and independent.
