At CrossFit Kids, we host fun, high-energy 6-week programs throughout the year designed to help kids build confidence, move well, and love being active. We meet on Monday nights, and every session is packed with high fives, smiles, and plenty of fun with fitness. Our focus is on teaching proper movement patterns in a safe, supportive environment while helping kids develop a healthy, positive relationship with the gym.
