Our CrossFit Teens program is great for any student looking to improve their health and fitness in a safe and fun environment.
We place a priority on good form and technique with our teen athletes. Our hour long classes will feature a warm up, a strength component followed by metabolic conditioning. Students will build strength, build endurance & build confidence!

TYPICAL TEENS SCHEDULE:
Summer:
Tues Thurs at 11 AM
Mon Wed at 7 PM
Fall, Winter, Spring:
Classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 pm.
Unlimited Teens Membership:
This provides busy teenagers with the most flexibility in terms of class frequency and class times. After completing our Petram Prep Course, teens can attend any of our classes, any day of the week. Our teen membership is $155 per month and is month to month (no long term contract). Flexible to adjust to school, activities & sport schedules.
The Petram Prep Course is $150 for two 1-hour sessions with a Coach. These sessions will ensure that your teen is equipped with the knowledge to be safe in our class environment. We review a checklist of CrossFit movements, focus on form and technique and stress the importance of weightlifting safety. The Prep Course is mandatory for teens.
After teens complete the Prep Course we can start their monthly membership.
NOTE: The Prep Course is not required for our special youth only membership programs offered throughout the year.
