Membership Hold

Membership Hold Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes a temporary pause is needed. CrossFit Petram offers membership holds of either 1 month or 2 months in duration.

Hold Duration

  • Membership holds may be placed for 1 month or 2 months only

  • The length of the hold must be selected at the time the hold is requested

During the Hold

  • Once a hold is active, the member may choose to remove the hold early and resume their membership

Automatic Rebilling

  • At the end of the agreed-upon hold period (1 or 2 months), Wodify will automatically resume billing

  • It is the member’s responsibility to be aware of their hold end date

Holds Do Not Replace Cancellation

  • Placing a membership on hold does not waive or eliminate any remaining payments

  • A membership cannot be exited or avoided by placing it on hold

Cancellation After a Hold

  • If a member wishes to cancel their membership at the end of a hold, they must still:

    • Provide the required 30 days’ notice, or

    • Pay any remaining invoices due under their agreement

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted according to CrossFit Petram’s standard cancellation policy

Important Reminder

Membership holds are intended to be a temporary pause—not a substitute for cancellation. All membership agreements, billing terms, and cancellation requirements remain in effect during and after a hold.
