Gather the necessary information about the hero you would like to nominate: their name, where they are from, a brief bio, and a photo of the hero. Additionally, determine if the hero is a veteran, active duty service member, or first responder.
Determine the reason why the hero should be selected. This could be their bravery, service to their country or community, or any other reasons that make them stand out as a hero.
