8/8 Hell Yea!
Over the past week, our very own Coach Megan has been grinding day and night helping a group of our members make better decisions to improve their performance inside and outside of the gym.
Running her very first nutrition competition, Megan has been combining her passion for CrossFit with her nutrition knowledge she's been acquiring over the past few years at the University of Delaware. From being a text message away to providing users with feedback on their daily logs, Megan has made herself available to all of us.
I myself am doing the fitness challenge, and I can say that having Megan in your corner gives you more motivation to eat great, workout hard and be honest on the meal logs... all while being a full time student and crushing competitions out in Virginia.
