New Class Times Added (Pilot)

We are going to pilot two new class times to help out with the fact that we are capping classes at 10 right now!

Starting on Monday (7/13) we are adding:

  • Monday at 3:30 PM

  • Thursday at 1:00 PM

Please note that these are pilot offerings, which means we will gauge attendance and then make a decision on whether or not we can continue them. If they are not well supported we will remove them and perhaps try a different slot.

This Saturday at the gym we are going to take on the Week 1 Workout as part of our Weekly Fight Class. The workout is in teams of 2 and is 20 minutes long. So we have two heats (9 AM and 9:30 AM). If you have a partner and are registered for the comp you will need to sign up for the same Heat as your partner!

If you want to do the workout (you do not have to register for the competition to come workout Sat) then just reserve a spot and we can partner you up on Saturday!

Note: Partners will workout at same time but will not share a station or equipment at the gym, you will each be in your own square. Each class is capped at 10 like usual, so we can have 5 teams going at each Heat.
