Mid-Week Inspiration 7.21.21

Heyyyyyy, Fit Fam! With just ten days left in this month to hit your committed club goal of 14 classes or more, I thought you all could use some mid-week inspiration!

I’ve got two ladies who really just make me smile big - Tina Dix and Denise Zabielski Wells. Y’all remember my post the other week about the power of scaling?? These two women are strong examples of patience, hard work, and the joy that scaling can bring when it all comes together.

Both ladies today did pull-ups in today’s workout! Maybe not all 9, and some may have still been assisted, but that’s not the point. They have listened to every scale, every recommendation, cue, and push from coaches and now they can add a skill to their list. Is there still work to be done? Always. But just remember - hard work pays off, without question or fail.
