Movement Demos - The Presses
Over the past few years CrossFit has put out videos demonstrating proper technique during the foundational movements. Unfortunately they have been disorganized and many CrossFit beginners never get a chance to see these awesome clips.
Below are videos demonstrating the different overhead pressing movements done in typical CrossFit gyms. The similar points of performances are highlighted in each one, such as keeping the abs tight and starting in a front rack position.
