Movement Demos - The Pulls

Over the past few years CrossFit has put out videos demonstrating proper technique during the foundational movements. Unfortunately they have been disorganized and many CrossFit beginners never get a chance to see these awesome clips.

Below are videos demonstrating the different pulling movements done in typical CrossFit gyms. The similar points of performances are highlighted in each one, such as maintaining the midline and rapid extension of the hips.
